All registrations will be acknowledged by email upon receipt of the initial deposit of $500.00. PAYMENT IN FULL AND THE SIGNED ACCEPTANCE OF OUR CANCELLATION POLICY IS REQUIRED BEFORE YOUR PLACE AT THE CONFERENCE IS CONFIRMED.

We know things "come up" from time to time and there could be a possibility that you have to cancel. We also know and appreciate your understanding in regards to operation and overhead costs involved when planning seminars; therefore, cancellations will be handled in the following manner.

If you cancel on or before 5:00 p.m. (Eastern Standard Time) April 18, 2008, we will issue a refund minus a $100.00 administration fee. If you cancel after the designated time on April 18, 2008, there will be no refund issued; however, we will send you the notes and materials, including your personalized plan of action for your business.

If you cannot attend and would like to have someone attend the seminar in your place, we will gladly accommodate your request. Please understand, however, that you will not be able to change the website that will be reviewed at the conference, as evaluation of your submitted site begins directly after you sign up. If no one can attend for you, you may transfer your registration fee as a credit toward a future SEO Rainmaker seminar of the same or greater value. These changes can be made at no additional cost. All cancellations and changes MUST be presented to us in writing (email, fax or letter).

Failure to attend without prior written notification will result in the forfeit of the full seminar fee; however, you will still receive all documentation including your plan of action for your business.

SEO Rainmaker reserves the right to cancel or reschedule seminars provided that advanced notice, in writing, is provided to registered attendees. In the event of cancellation or rescheduling, the limit of liability on SEO Rainmaker will be the original seminar fee. SEO Rainmaker accepts no responsibility or liability for any other costs or fees incurred by attendees including, but not limited to, expenses associated with pre-booked travel arrangements.

Please note that the schedule and presenters are subject to change. If matters beyond our control require replacement presenters, every effort will be made to provide replacements of the same quality and experience.
